Congress usurped power with false promises and lies, says KTR

Hyderabad: BRS party working president KT Rama Rao today criticised the Congress party for coming to power by making false promises. Within eight months of coming to power, electricity disappeared in Telangana State, he alleged.

“Now people have started counting how many times the electricity was going in a day. When KCR was in power, there was news whenever there was no electricity. When Revanth Reddy came, it became like when there was electricity. Electric motors have started burning again and the transformers started exploding in the State,” he claimed.

KTR said there would be inefficiencies in all sectors in Telangana when the ruler of the State was incompetent. He alleged that the ruling party leaders were attacking KCR if there was anything wrong in the State. He criticized the attitude of the Congress leaders for taking false credit for all the good things that were happening.

"CM Revanth Reddy was claiming that 30,000 jobs have been given by him. If you want to give a job, you have to give a notification, test has to be conducted and after that, interview should be conducted and the job will be given only after these three procedures,” he said while stating that not a single notification was issued under Revanth Reddy's rule.
